Kylie Jenner Lawsuit: Former Housekeeper Claims Toxic Work

Kylie Jenner’s former housekeeper, Angelica Vazquez, has reportedly come forward with a series of startling allegations regarding her workplace experience in a recently filed lawsuit.

According to reports from People, Angelica — who maintained the role of housekeeper at Kylie’s Hidden Hills residence between September 2024 and August 2025 — initiated the legal action against the billionaire entrepreneur and two specific entities: Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services.

People indicates that although Kylie is named as a defendant in the case, she is not personally cited for any of the specific behaviors or actions detailed within the legal documents.

In the lawsuit, which was officially filed on April 17, Angelica purportedly claims that she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” starting from her very first day on the job, and that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by her colleagues and the lead housekeeper at the Hidden Hills property.

Angelica reportedly stated that she was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team.”

Angelica — who identified herself as a “Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic” — also allegedly faced discrimination tied to her faith and ethnic background, claiming in the legal complaint that she was “publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers” and “subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.”

Per People, Angelica further alleged that “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” were made regarding her immigration status, which she claims contributed to a “toxic and abusive work environment.”

Angelica reportedly claims that her internal complaints were “dismissed, mocked or ignored,” and that management failed to take any “corrective action” to solve the issues.

Elsewhere in the legal complaint, per People, Angelica alleged that the situation turned “violent” in March 2025, when “a supervisor threw hangers at [her] feet while reprimanding her.”

As a consequence of the alleged workplace treatment, Angelica purportedly claims that she “developed anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” and experienced a “loss of wages” following her formal complaints. She notes that she went on medical leave in July 2025, and eventually “had no choice but to resign” the following month because the workplace conditions had allegedly become “intolerable.”

Now, Angelica is reportedly pursuing damages “in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld.”

Neither Kylie nor Tri Star have issued a public response to the lawsuit at this time, and representatives for both parties have been contacted for an official statement.
