Blake Lively Justin Baldoni Lawsuit Update: New Statement
“The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit.”
Blake Lively has officially broken her silence following a major legal development in her ongoing lawsuit against It Ends With Us director and co-star Justin Baldoni.

On Thursday, a federal judge dismissed 10 out of 13 claims filed by the actress—most notably throwing out her specific allegations of sexual harassment. While the court noted that her claims were “far from baseless,” the dismissal was based on legal technicalities: Lively was classified as an independent contractor rather than a traditional employee, and the court found that California’s specific labor protections did not apply to the New Jersey filming location. However, the legal battle is far from over, as the parties are still headed to a jury trial regarding her claims of professional retaliation.

Following the ruling on Friday, Justin Baldoni’s lead attorney, Bryan Freedman, released a statement to TMZ celebrating the court’s decision. “The defendants were not afraid of the truth,” Freedman stated. “The plan was not only to speak the truth but to also show that same truth over and over again through the presentation of actual evidence. Neither Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath nor any of the other defendants have engaged in the sexual harassment of Blake Lively… It is gratifying to see that the courts’ ruling confirms what the legal team believed from day one.”

In response to the victory lap from Baldoni’s camp, Blake Lively took to her Instagram Story to share a counter-statement from her own attorney, Mike Gottlieb. The post highlighted that Freedman himself had been sanctioned by the court just one week prior for making legal claims that were deemed “frivolous and factually baseless” within the ongoing litigation.

“The court held, in painstaking detail, that Ms. Lively provided sufficient evidence of all the following: (1) She privately spoke up about and negotiated changes to on-set behavior by Justin Baldoni and Jamey Heath that she, and others, found disturbing; (2) She reasonably believed, in good faith, that the behavior she privately raised concerns about was unlawful sexual harassment; (3) Baldoni, Heath, and Wayfarer Studios understood that her claims amounted to sexual harassment allegations; and (4) In response, they crossed the line and took steps that harmed her reputation and career,” the legal statement continued, emphasizing that the “beating heart” of the litigation remains the retaliation complaints.

Shortly after, Blake added a personal note to the update. “I’m grateful for the Court’s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month, and for the ability to finally tell my story in full at trial, for my own sake, but also for those who don’t have the same opportunity to… many of whom I have known and loved deeply in my life, and the countless I’ll never know,” she wrote.

“The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continue to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others,” the actress continued. “Don’t be distracted by the digital soap opera. The constant packaging of this lawsuit as a ‘Celebrity Drama’ is not only irresponsible, but it is by design to keep you from seeing yourselves in my story.”

Lively also addressed the toxicity of the online discourse surrounding the case. “The physical pain from digital violence is very real. It is abuse. And it’s everywhere. Not just in the news, but in your communities and schools. If you’re looking, my claims won’t be the first or last time you’ll see examples of the extreme dangers of retaliation and digital warfare. And it often won’t be directed at celebrities or those who may able to speak up. It affects us all. Across the political spectrum. Pay attention to all the ways we can be manipulated online. Digital manipulation has been boasted as ‘untraceable,'” she shared.

“I couldn’t begin to stand up if not for the countless who’ve gone before me—and the masses who are still around us all—creating laws, social change, sparking conversations, rallying, working privately and publicly, risking and sometimes losing everything for the safety of others in all spaces. Some whose names we know, most we don’t. Thank you. All of you. I will never stop doing my part in fighting to expose the systems and people who seek to harm, shame, silence and retaliate against victims. I know it’s a privilege to be able to stand up. I will not waste it,” she concluded, signing the message with a dragon emoji.

Despite the serious nature of her statement, the internet’s reaction highlighted the exact “digital warfare” she mentioned. On a popular subreddit that largely favors Baldoni, critics were quick to dismiss her words, labeling her behavior as “CRASHING OUT,” “scary,” and “unhinged.”

“I came off Instagram and social profiles,” he confessed during the interview. “I’ve stopped going to events. I’ve stopped, you know, just, socializing. It’s because, you know, there was a narrative out there that was never really sort of even spoken on, a narrative that’s not true, and I never confirmed or said anything about it. And, you know, I just disappeared.”

Reflecting on the unique struggles of “having a relationship in the public eye,” Barry pointed toward the video where Breckie denied the rumors. “No one seemed to latch on to that video,” he noted, expressing frustration over how the public perception has shifted since the breakup.

“I’m not asking for people to become my fan and like me because that’s not normal either,” he continued. “But I’m asking for people to stop assuming and also stop jumping on this narrative and attacking me and dragging me down in any way you can, involving my parents who are no longer with me… just absolutely disgusting and vile. There’s videos on TikTok literally going, ‘I hate him.'”

Shannon Elizabeth OnlyFans Earnings: American Pie Star Wealth
If you’re a millennial of a certain age, you know Shannon Elizabeth from a few things. Between the American Pie franchise, Tomcats, Scary Movie, and even a Jay and Silent Bob movie or two, she was arguably one of the queens of the “movies you watched at a sleepover party” subcategory.

Shannon’s acting career has remained fairly steady since then, but she recently took on a new role entirely: OnlyFans creator. She joined the service just a few weeks ago, telling People at the time that starting her own OnlyFans was because “I’ve spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and the outcome of my career. This new chapter is about changing that, showing off a more sexy side no one has seen, and being closer to my fans.”

Well, just a few weeks later, People has a new report on how the OnlyFans foray is going for Shannon — and as it turns out, she’s seemingly struck content-creator gold in the process.

A source tells the publication that Shannon brought in “more than seven figures” on the first week she joined OnlyFans. Seven figures! Let that sink in.

The source adds that Shannon “is really making a name for herself” on her page, and they also note that there is no full nudity featured on it. “She is super happy she now gets to take control and be engaged with her fans,” the source adds.
